So I just took my first one and 1/2 scoops of jack3d and am waiting about 30 mins to go workout. Ive read lots of good reviews so Im pretty excited to see where this stuff takes me.
Ive been having terrible problems with lethargy for about three weeks now. And no Im not in PCT or anything like that. I been natural for about 3 months. I just cant get myself to do anything besides sleep.
The workouts I have been having have been lack luster.
I was sick a while back and lost a considerable amount of strength.= Big hit to my pride.

So all in all my expectations are very high for Jack3d.

And tomorrow morning will tell if I like it or not depending on if I wake up at a normal hour feeling rested. (Even though I slept untill 3:30 today)


I will report back after my workout. Its been approx. 15 mins and I dont feel anything yet.
 
After my first serving of Jack3d I must say I like it.

My workout was very good. Focus was pretty good and my energy level was definately up. Today was back day, and it really hard for me to get a good pump on my lats. But I think I got a decent one today cause I hit 'em pretty hard, pretty quick. I didnt really give them a lot of time to rest like I usually do.

Abs were also good. I tried a differant exercise on a differant bench today and I could really feel the pump in my abs. They felt super tight when I stood up.

So all in all, I must say I am impressed with my first day of being Jack3d. But the real test comes tomorrow morning. Im relatively calm now so hopefully Ill get some good restfull sleep. I cant wait till thursday or friday when I get to do arms with this stuff!!!

Another good thing I just now noticed is that I dont feel any nausea today after taking this stuff. Thats a major plus!!!
 
The lack of nausea is certainly awesome! I experienced that in the past with other pre-workout powders, too.

Is ~6PM your normal workout time?
 
That is a great turn around. I hope that Jack3d can contribute, in some way, to a higher training quality for you!

Not at all. I work 2nd shift so Im ususally at the gym before noon. Execpt for today, didnt get there till about 3:30. I left about 5:20 or so and after starting a completely new routine which involves heavy weights on everything for three weeks at this point, I feel really good.

Only thing I want to ask is...is it imperitive to take Jack3d on a totally empty stomach. I ask b/c on Thurs and Fri I ate breakfast and took my scoop and a half about 30 mins later and didnt feel at motivated or focused in the gym. As a matter of fact I didnt even break a sweat doing arms, AT ALL!!! What gives???

But so far I definately like being Jack3d. Mostly b/c it doesnt give me the nasuea other pre-w/o drinks due with all the caffiene in them.

The goal now is to make my self eat enoungh to handle to heavy weights Im gonna be thowing around for the next 3-12 weeks.
 
Oh yeah, I forgot to ask...how important is it to cycle Jack3d. I know you shouldnt used pre-w/o mixed everyday but what if I took 1 and 1/2 scoops on workout days and only maybe 1 scoop or less on non workout days???
Do you guys think I would still build a tollerance to it pretty quick and it would lose its effect???

I ask b/c I was considering trying this for a week or two just to see how my body responds to it. Im hoping it will give me more ability to wake up and get going better in the AM.
I AM SO SICK OF SLEEPING ALL THE FRIEKIN TIME!!!!!!!!!:sleeping: :sleeping: :sleeping:
 
Update for today = it was a productive day. I was up at 8 and at the gym by 9. However, with this new routine Im following my workout took waaay too long. I didnt leave the gym untill about 11:40 or so. By the time I went to work at 3pm I was exhausted.

I am happy to say though I was able to keep all my weights where I wanted them in terms of heaviness. I even impressed myself with standing shoulder press. 135 felt easy!!! And I have pressed anything over my head in at least 3 months.

As for right now, Im home from work, I ate some spaghetti and am ready to crash. I cant wait to do it again tomorrow.
