i have been eating 4 to 5 eggs and taking 1.6gs of 1-C and have been having fantastic results, way more power during workouts.

wait ik ppl like carbs??? 1 egg has les thatn 1g of carbs
5g of carbs has not shown to be enough to happer 1-Cs effect
