I've heard nothing but good things about USP Labs, and was wondering I'm looking to gain muscle but loose some fat, is there a certain type of supplement I could be taking to help out, and kind of diet?:dunno:
6'0 235, not sure what my body fat % is, its higher than average im sure. I've began to work out everyday, also hiit. I work out around 5:40-6:00 depending when I get off for about and hour hour and a half thanks
