My first meet is May 30 and I'm using the above stack to help me lose fat and gain muscle and strength. I had to take about a six week layoff from powerlifting, but I started back training 4 weeks ago using the 5-3-1 Protocol from Elite EFTS. I've seen some great gains in my strength, but this week I've been pumped like crazy. I feel completely recovered and I've tried to keep my diet as clean as possible, more natural carbs (whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, leafy greens), protein and good fats. I've lost fat in my waist, though the scale has moved very little. These products are fantastic! My PRs are creeping back to where they were before Christmas '08. My squat is at 375, my bench at 245, my deadlift at 405. Thanks for some great products.
