AP and diet help

I'm beginning to stack AP,Prime, and Recreate. My goal is fat loss while gaining muscle. My diet consists mainly of eggs, lean protein, 1% milk, green veggies, nuts, whole wheat carbs like Uncle Ben's Ceral and whole wheat bread. I eat the cereal in the morning and the bread with a sandwich at lunch and that's all for my complex carbs.I began my stack this morning but have been using the above diet for three weeks; I added the carbs back this week. The first two weeks I lost 11 pounds; this week only one, but I have resumed training using the 5-3-1 Protocol Raw Strength system from EliteFTS, though I've only been able to do one day of cardio. I will be doing the AP first week protocol of 1 pill 15 minutes before first meal and 1 pill 6-8 hours late. I am a carbo-responsive person; if I cut out most complex carbs, I lose bodyfat, but I know I need some carbs to build muscle. I've read the instructions and the FAQ regarding AP, but was wondering if after the first week do I need to increase my AP dosing to 4x a day as I've seen others do? Do I need to increase my carbs? Sorry for the lengthy post but I wanted to give out as much as info as possible. And my weight is 257 at a height of 6'0. Any help would be most appreciated.

3 pills of AP per day is all that is needed. Increasing your carbs is up to you: Try to get 45 - 60 g of carbs after AP. Look into carb cycling for a diet. It is great.

This is just my opinion, but at 260 lbs with a height of 6'. I would probably focus on cutting being the extreme primary goal. Your going to look 10x more muscular with ~50 of those lbs off of you than you do now with 10lbs of added muscle...make sense?

Just make sure you take AP before every carb meal, and don't eat any more than 3 in the day. And remember you don't HAVE to get 40-60g. Your fine at 30, which may be more conducive to your goal of cutting. Carbs can be a b!tch...
