Supercissus RX post surgery

Just thought I'd give a plug to Supercissus RX due to my great results...

I had reconstructive knee surgery 1/16/09. Spent a week in bed and then a few more hobbling around before the doc finally allowed me after 4 weeks to take off the goofy full-leg knee brace.

Fast-forward to 3/21, when I received my order. I started taking cissus, subsequently bought 2 orders of bulk cissus and started dosing heavily. In the 2 weeks I've been taking it, I do believe it has made a major difference, especially as an anti-inflammatory agent. I just hammered my legs with 35 mins of elliptical tonight and not a whisper of inflammation or discomfort in my knee. Now I just gotta be careful to dose the rest of my bottle so it lasts until my bulk order arrives!

This stuff is legit, and I even stopped taking my glucosamine for a little while because I realized taking it in the morning was counterproductive. I just wish I had started taking this stuff directly post-surgery, I believe I would have done much better as of yet. My knee feels 'wetter' and doesn't creak or pop as much now and I'm doing really well.

Sounds good, Heywood. Just keep in mind that the key to rehabilitative success is rest and active recovery!

of course, that's why I sleep way too much right now until I return to work and I've been doing only 3-4 workouts a week; not 5 or 6.

Are you sure this is just not normal recovery protocol?

I am not doubting the supplement at all, just curious as to whether maybe you are on a normal path to recovery? Have you had surgery before to contrast with and w/o the supp?

Not bashing the product at all ( I bought some too ) or your confidence in it.

Honestly, I can't be sure: I've never had this kind of surgery before. I was just trying to say that I believe that the product was working for me.

I actually was wondering if anyone would post to this thread besides me; I was going to let it die otherwise. I was trying to see if anybody had similar results or not...either way, no big deal.

Cissus is a very good product to aid with any issues with the joints and also will aid you in the recovery from surgery on joints. I use it and it helped with an old knee injury from playing soccer and also i have Clavicular Osteolysis in the left shoulder which this has really made a difference with. As Mullet states though, do not think it is a miracle pill and ensure that good rest is had for recuperation.
