Hi all, I'm new to the forum and actually joined in search of some advice for cutting. I'm 5'6, 150lbs and maybe around 14% body fat. I've been trying to get that last few pounds off, and it's a real pain. Nothing seems to work for me no matter what I do... my weight just stays the same at 150, even with watching my diet, cardio + weight training in the morning and evening respectively, the P90X workout.... I've even taken Animal Cuts and Hydroxycuts in the past, but had to get off of them because they were making me way to anxious and jittery.
From what i'm reading about Recreate, this might be good for me because of the low caffeine- though i'm hesitant to waste even more money on something that my body might not react to. I also read somewhere about the helpful effects of CLA. Can anyone give any guidance on CLA, i.e. what brands they recommend, how much to take, when to take it etc., and is it safe stacked with Recreate?
