Starting Recreate In the Morning

I never really bought into weight loss supplements, but I have researched this for about a month now and pulled the trigger on a set of bottles the other week. I have been working out seriously since June 08, but I have sort of plateau'd. here's a brief history...
I'm 20 years old, a smidge under 6'5", 280. I was 3 sport stud in high school, but always big (lineman, heavyweight wrestler, shot/discus thrower). I graduated in 2006, at 265 lbs. Felt like I was in great shape, still a big gut, but I was happy. By January 1, 2008, I weighed 370. I did a little work, but it wasn't until June that I really put my shoulder to the grindstone. Never really had a solid diet, but I worked down to 290 by January 1, 2009. Since then I've improved my diet, slightly, but not seeing what I want. I know the lower I get the harder it'll be, but I feel like i need a real kick in the tail. Thats where I'm hoping recreate comes in. I workout hard, 6 days a week. With various cardio (biking, running, basketball, soccer). I'm not looking to be Ronnie Coleman, i just love lifting. But damn I want a flat stomach, and a v'ed back, yada yada.

This being said, I'm starting tomorrow. Couple Questions.

1) When I take my morning portion, would it be beneficial to do a cardio session post taking the pills, but pre meal?
2)I love a good shirt drenching cardio session, but with its thermogenic effects, is running in a hoodie too much?
3)How much should increase my water intake? I can tell you I drink more than a gallon already, but I'm not sure how much more.
4) Should my afternoon pill be taken on as close to an empty stomach as I can get?

Ill be taking weekly pictures, as well as tracking my energy levels, appetite, cravings, thermogenic effects, and overall wellness. Hopefully I can add some good information to the abundant pile already available on this product.

cheers

1) It could be, though this depends on personal preference. If this is a strategy you would employ normally, than please do; if not, they may not be any particular benefit in doing so with RC.

2) I would say so!

3) At least 32oz sir.

4) Yes, it should be!

Hey, just a curious question here since this is a Recreate log. I'm currently using Jack3d pre-workout and it's amazing, but I'm planning on purchasing Recreate for a cut. Would I still be able to use both products pre-workout as per directions, or would that be too much? I'm medium tolerant to stims and only use 1.5-2 scoops of Jack3d to get freakin' pumped. Any input appreciated thanks!

Many users that incorporate both products [myself included] start with 1 capsule of recreate and as little as .5 scoops of Jack3d. Reassess from this point. This should be a very potent appetite suppressant and training domination inducer... :dl:

before my jacked ran out I took both with no issues, but I spaced them out; 2 recreate in the morning before breakfast (0530) then jacked 1.5 scoops 15 mins before I workout (0800) then 1 more recreate before lunch (1230) and as soon as I get more jacked I'll go right back to the same schedule

Pretty good plan, in terms of spacing them out evenly.

Last month I finished out my run w/ 2 caps Recreate & 3 scoops Jack3d, 30min preworkout (7am), and did another 2 Recreate 6-8hrs later (30min prior to a meal). This is my preferential dosing. One needs to work their way up to this however; I wouldn't recommend just hopping right into that dosage!

Is this a log? Was looking for updates from Spartan..

Well here I am 3 weeks into my Recreate journey, and everything is going great so far. I've only been taking three pills a day so far. I might consider going to 4 a day when I crack open the second bottle.

I started at 280 lbs, and as of this morning was 263.

Energy levels are good. Usually the days after rugby practice i still feel sleepy well into the day, but once i get a workout going i'm set for the rest of the day.

Appetite is nearly gone actually. If I didn't know that i have to eat i probably wouldnt actually. I never feel really hungry. And if I do, something as small as a cup of yogurt puts an end to that feeling.

I have absolutely no cravings. I even feel bad if I choke down some pizza with the guys on the weekend, a feeling definately have never had.

As far as thermogenic effects, I was always a heavy sweater to begin with, and I dont really feel an increase in temperature. Although I used to do all cardio sessions in a hoodie, and now im in a single shirt. I say a marginal increase in sweat production.

And overall I feel great. I'm running better, my joints feel better, I look a hell of a lot better. Im starting to notice definition in my upper back and arms. Still got a good sized gut, but I can tell its shrinking. I'm a third of the way through my stash of pills, and have seen great results, and I hope they keep coming.

Just curious if the Recreate gives you a jittery feeling or dry mouth?

No. Recreate is decidedly un-jittery for me; kinda nice not to feel like a while taking a thermogenic. It does warm me up, too...once got back in bed after taking it and woke up not long after sweating.

No. Recreate contains a small amount of stimulants as the main purpose is fat-loss not jittery stimulation.
