Caffeine in Recreate

I know another question about how much caffeine in Recreate! Seriously though, I thought it was 75 mg per capsule, then I just saw an ad where USP Labs stated there is only 20 mg per capsule? I am trying to stay away from excessive caffeine (Lenten season, you know how it goes) and I have loved my results from Recreate before. What is the amount? I looked everywhere and everyone is quoted as saying 75 mg percap, except for this one ad. Thanks for the help guys.

Yep! Original batch had the higher amount, we lowered to 25mg per capsule. Its inclusion is based on its undisputed status for assisting in fat-loss as well as to complete the synergy that all Recreate users can relate to!

As a matter of fact, I just slammed two capsules myself... :)
 
Wow that's awesome! I had some Recreate about a month ago and 3 pills gave me great energy and absolutely killed my appetite. I can't believe that was only with 75 mg of total stims, because at the time I was going through nearly a gram of caffeine a day. I can't wait to use Recreate again with high-dose ALCAR and SNS TTA, fat will not have a chance.

For those who need to watch their caffeine amount, how do we know if we have the new or older version or Recreate?

Are the labels the same?
 
i just started taking recreate this morning and I was curious is there anything i should be aware of. and how soon after taking it did you start to lose weight with diet and exercise. by the way i am a woman with about a total of 30lbs to lose.

I had absolutely no negative sides from this product. I started losing weight about the 3-4 day mark.

I never had any negative sides from Recreate either. If you are exercising I noticed results after my first week.

The one thing I always like to mention is to remember to eat. The appetite suppression/craving suppression with Recreate is strong therefore, i often eat much less than I need to.
