5 week mini bulk

Alright USPbros...March 15th I'm starting a 5 week bulk.
21 years old. 165 slimmed down for vacation. probably 10-11% BF

anyway. have seriously considered a ph like havoc or AN's new "the one"
but am really leaning toward doing it naturally.
As of now i'm running jacked, AP, recreate, and Prime (6 a day, 6/1)

For the bulk I was thinking about bulk 1 carboxy, AP or p-slin, and upping the doze of prime to 9 a day. maybe powerfull also (but trying to not die financially)

The diet will be between 2700-3000 cals and in check.
the basics: protein, carbs, fats.
I've got the diet down, the reason for this post is just for ideas on supps. to put on mass during the 5 weeks.

I actually enjoy using ReCreate in bulking periods, due to the substantial strength increases I receive from Forskolin; I believe the Forslean in combination with the selective 11B-HSD1 glucocorticoid inhibition allows me to recover quicker [I experience horrible DOMS].

I would consider adding a few adaptagens with ROS scavenging ability - Bacopa, Ashwagandha and Rhodiola, to name a few - during the bulk to counter some of the increased oxidative stress that is associated with increased load [more weight being added due to strength] and intensity [percentage of your maximum]. These are obviously welcome side-effects of bulking, but they can take a toll on the body in terms of ROS [radical oxygen species] production and lipid peroxidation, which can substantially hinder recovery!

Aside from those, I would also consider implementing some bulk Forskolin, nettle root, creatine monohydrate and, if you enjoy them, a testosterone support supplement [in terms of Total T].

These supplies are abundantly available at very fair prices in bulk, and should add subtle but distinguishable benefits to your bulk, ensuring the body adapts to increased load demands optimally!

I've actually been considering continuing Recreate for the bulk. (Funny side story: my mom has been impressed with my cutting results, and I got her into USPlabs. She bought her first bottle of Recreate last week.)
Creatine mono will definitely be added. Citrulline malate is in Xtend...and beta alanine is in jacked, as well as AAKG.

some people have had good things to say and others say experience nothing in increasing Prime dosage. I am on 6 a day 6 on 1 off. I considered going to 9 a day 6/1 for the bulk. What are your thoughts?

If she would run the Six-Pack stack, she would love it. Anabolic-Pump is a god-send to most middle aged women.
