AP/Recreate Dosing

Hey just starting the Six-Pack Stack full on this week and wanted to get some opnions on how best to dose them with my schedule and diet. My diet is set by a bodybuilder/Trainer I am working with so I can't really change add or subtract things and the times are made specifc to my schedule.


MONDAYS


8:00AM
PreWO
2 Scoops of Whey
3/4 Cup of Oats

9:00
2 scoops of xtend during workout

11:00 AM
PostWO
2 Scoops of whey
3/4 cup of Oats
banana


2:00PM

Chicken
1 Cup of brown rice
vegetables
1/2 tbsp omega-3 flax


Then the last 3 meals are Shakes and chicken with veggies.


WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS have exact same meals except Wednesdays 8:00PM meal has 50 grams of carbohydrates and Fridays has 75grams both from complex carb sources. Also Wednesdays and Saturdays is 45 min of cardio instead of weights + 30 min of cardio.


TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS

8:00 AM

2scoops of whey
3/4 cup of Oats

10:00 AM

1 Scoop of Whey and a banana

11:30AM

1 scoop of whey
3/4 cups of Oats

12:00
2 scoops of Xtend during workout


2:00
PostWO

chicken or turkey breast
4 sclices of 100% whole wheat breas
banana
flax oil (I usually take this after consuming the above and showering to stop any fat form slowing down absorption)


Then 2 more whey shakes and chicken dinner with vegetables.

not sure with the recreate because I have never taken it (still waiting for mine) But I have a smilar schedule and I took my AP 30 mins before my first meal (pwo) and I would take it right before I finshed my workout then 30 mins later my post work out shake and carbs, then I would take it 30 mins prior to my next meal as I don't tend to eat carbs much later in the day. And once I start my stack I will most like take my recreate around the same time as my AP and DCP

Your schedule looks perfect to try the recreate recommended dosage:

Directions:

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 1 additional capsule in the afternoon (6-8 hours later)


Why not try it that way, I think it will give you a nice even boost of energy for your workout.

I had good results with AP last time I used it (a year ago) I can't wait to get started again.
