Anabolic Pump....

I just received my Six-Pack Stack today in the mail. I have used a lot of USP stuff (I was one of the first to buy cAMPHIBOLIC (sp?) when it first came out along with Jacked, SuperCissus RX and Original, Powerfull new and old, Psline bulk, and recreate.)

I was too excited to try Anabolic Pump, so I took one cap 15-20 minutes before my postworkout meal (46g whey and a bowl of 3/4 cup of oatmeal and a banana). As I am cutting this is one of my larger carbohydrate containing meals. I ate my POW meal and didn't think anything of it and went to shower. After showering I got out and started applying some Sustain Alpha I ma trying get rid of and noticed my arms were almost ROCK hard and FULL. The same type of feeling after a hardcore biceps workout.

The amazing thing about that too me is that I did legs (Squats, Deadlifts, extensions etc) and ran for 30 minutes after in "fat burning zone" so when I came home I was completely depleted with no sign of a pump at all. The only thing I can contribute this to is the AP. I will be watching this cosely this coming week!

A note is I do 30min of Low Impact Cardio after all 4 workout sessions and have for the last 3-4 weeks.

Hopefully with AP/Recreate (along with my nutrition/workout plan) I can finally get a six pack I have coveted my whole life.:bb2:
 
I just added AP to my program on Monday (along with Prime which I've been on for a while), I have also noticed a ready pump but the biggest thing I noticed in the last 3 days is that I am very hungry. I am only dosing twice a day at this point.

Having had major shoulder surgery in late October, I am amazed at where I am right now and I feel that Prime and Super Cissus have aided me greatly in my recovery. I am back at work in a physically demanding job after a year layoff and I'm able to use moderate weight in my exercises again, which I'm most happy about, I'm looking at AP to help pull it all together.

I am not getting any hunger, less than I was actually but i guess thats the recreate too.
The stack is going nicely this week I am liking AP right now, its hard to explain but its just....something is there.

This week I have been dosing AP 2x a day Pre and Postworkout with 42 carbs pre and 69 post from oats and a banana. Some days I workout differetn times so the ratios are different and I have a bigger postworkout meal. Along with 1 recreate and 2 scoops of jacked preworkout in the AM and another recreate later in the day.

I got recreate when it first came out and I started too high because I was like there are no stimulants and I am a junkie. Then I spent 2-3 days in the bathroom form the forskolin lol.

I had been losing about a pound or slightly over of fat a week on my new diet plan and workouts. I became a little stagnant last weeks (week 3) and was wondering if I was going to need to cut calories but this week wihtout changing much at all I am at my lowest point this morning at 180. I am down about 5-6 pounds in 4 weeks and even more over the last 6 weeks (had two weeks before starting a plan just starting to eat less). I haven't lost a bit of strength yet and I feel way too big musculature wise for being right around 180. Hopefully the six pack stack gets me exactly that!

Great update... I love staying full and strong during a cut phase... 1lb of fat a week takes a ton of work...

is there a minimum magic number of carbs (grams) to take in that will yield optimum results from AP? What are some really good carb sources that work well with AP? So far I stocking Waxy maize, and oatmeal for when I start on AP. What about a really good protein shake that some of you have used that you noticed worked well with it? Thanks in advance for all your help. Boro, I will be ready next week.
 
Ya 30 min after all 4 workouts and 45 min two off days all at 15% incline in the 3.6-4.0 mph area

For fat loss, consume 40g-45g of complex carbs per feeding, in combination with Anabolic-Pump.

For bulking, consume 60g-65g (or more) of complex carbs per feeding, in combination with Anabolic-Pump.

I would much rather see you using Oatmeal over the WMS, purely for the lack of nutritional value in WMS.

My favorite MRP shake with Anabolic-Pump is 1/2c Oats, 1/2c Granola, 2 scoops of All The Whey Cinnabun Whey Protein Concentrate. I love how it tastes!
