Both Recreate and Jacked have caffeine in them. Product says take both 30 minutes pre-workout. Is that not an overload of caffeine?
Depends on your tolerance. You can do a lower dose of both if you wish.
I often take both pre-workout. TONS of added thermogenesis when adding the recreate. The caffeine has never bothered me at all.

I am taking powerfull and recreate both preworkout already. So added jacked wouldnt be overkill?
