I'm happy to say I've recieved my New Year's sale order minus DCP, which should be here soon, and I can't wait to get them rolling. Now with my order I got a total of 4 USP labs products
-Anabolic Pump
-Recreate
-Bulk 1-carboxy
-Bulk Super Cissus Rx
Currently, I've been restricting my carbs in order of trying to lose BF so for the time being I am not going to be incorporating AP just yet. With Recreate I plan to take 2 in the morning, then 1 before my afternoon workout. My workout will be at 0130pm. My first dose will be upon waking up, so around 6 am, I assume the 7 hour gap will be a good amount of time before the next dose (1 cap)?
So Recreate I have covered, it's Bulk 1-carboxy and Super Cissus Rx that I don't exactly know how to dose. I know Bulk 1-carboxy should be taken 1 hour before sleep, but how should I dose Super Cissus Rx? Would it be ok to take both of them at the same time? Plus how many doses would be sufficient?
I workout 5x a week, do 2x HIT cardio and 3x LIT cardio. My joints do seem to get hit hard and I've been taking 3 Glucosamine/MSM + Chondroitin tablets everday. They do seem to help but I feel I need to mega dose when it comes to their effectiveness, which in turn gets costly. So I wanted to know what a good dose might be, and when Super Cissus Rx should be taken. Before sleep? After workouts? With or without food?
And for my 2nd dose of Recreate, would it be ok if I dosed it say 30-60 minutes AFTER eating a meal? I'd like to know if Recreate's effects get blunted if there's food involved. In the morning I'll be taking it on an empty stomach, so I'd like to know how far apart the dose should be after consuming some kind of food.
Finally, I am going to implement AP two weeks following my start on Recreate. Remember, BF is my main goal right now and so far it is going really well. This carb restriction diet that I have been following has been very promising to me and I think Recreate will only progress it better. I think it's safe to say that it is a Keto diet, and so far I've had no refeeds. I remember doing a CKD and TKD before and for some reason the fat loss was getting disrupted at times, whereas right now I'm seeing very nice gradual changes. My diet consists a good 65F/30P/5C ratio. And honestly that 5C is coming from nuts and veggies. I'm 20yrs, about 6'1-2", around 185lbs and hovering between 15-17% BF that the electronic BF device detected, which i feel is absolutely bogus. The 2nd time I calculated it gave me reading of 19%. I was HEATED!! BTW, I started to dose creatine mono to compensate for the lack of energy and strength and it has been an absolute God send.
With my order I also got Ragnarok, ZMK, Cordygen5, DCP, two Lean Xtreme, Kwick Karb and RPN's soap series. I do not plan to run Cordygen5, DCP or Lean Xtreme while I am on Recreate; I want to gauge it's effects. I also do not plan to run any of them with AP with the exception of WMS which ill take PWO but not sure if I'll take an AP cap before PWO shake, what do you guys think? Again I'd like to wait two weeks after implementing AP to see how things roll. I mainly have the Lean Xtreme for after Recreate use, considering it did a very decent job for me. If things are looking up, then nothing will be added, and if even things aren't looking up, I won't be too quick to pull the trigger either. I feel I have enough on my plate with Recreate, Ragnarok, Bulk 1-Carboxy and Super Cissus Rx. Which is why I'd like to know if adding ZMK with my dose of 1-Carboxy will be OK? I figure I'll first only use 1-Carboxy and then add in ZMK a week later.
As for Ragnarok, I plan to use it pre-workout, so approx. 30 minutes after my Recreate. I have always wanted to give GreenMAG a try but when I read that Ragnarok contains the same type of creatine, I had to give it a go, especially with the New Year's sale price. I was so grateful that MST makes stim-free Ragnarok, the profile alone is awesome, now minus the caffeine is even better. Sorry stim-junkies, but I think I'll have enough caffeine from Recreate and I've come to realize I workout better with a focus, rather than a urge to keep moving like too much caffeine makes me do.
Alriiiiighty then, sorry for the long read guys but your help is very much appreciated. I'd like to hit this routine dead on. I have my diet completely locked down and am already seeing good fat shedding. Now I have a good line of supps for accelerated fat loss, energy/focus, strength and most importantly recovery. Cheers.
Oh and I will try and get pics posted up during this week. Not sure if I'll be doing a log but I think pics will def. help as far as monitoring is concerned.
