To Prime or not to Prime?

A little back ground on me... I am 28 yo who has been seriously been training for 5 years. I have extensive experience with different supplements and PH/designers (1AD, SD, Hdrol, Havoc). From USP I have used: AP w/ Pslin and w/o, Powerfull and Jacked
I am currently 188lbs and about 7% bf. I train 5 days on with 2 days off. Rep range is usually 6-12 sometime higher or lower depending on what I am doing. Diet is very very solid.
Typical day:
600am: 20g whey with little OJ
645am: 4 whole eggs with 3-5 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal or 4-5 slices WW bread
mid morning snack: 15g casien with 15g whey
1 cup oatmeal
lunch: 1/2lbs top round or chicken
1 cup oatmeal or brown rice
*if chicken is eaten a few nuts are also consumed for fat
mid afternoon: more round or chicken
1 cup oatmeal
WORKOUT ~6ish
Post workout: 80g waxy 20 min later 40g whey casien mix
dinner about 1hr or so after workout: 1/2lbs round, chicken or fish
more oats or brown rice
before bed meal: 4whole eggs with 4-8 whites or 30g casien with some nuts


Pretty much the same everyday... sometime will through in some fattier cuts of meat.

My thoughts of USP products so far has been very pleasent. The ones I have tried I really did like. Jacked always gets me going after work before my workout. Powerfull was good but really loved the deep deep sleep that it produced. AP alone was okay only used a bottle but with Pslin really saw massive pumps in the gym.

These good experiences are why I have started to consider trying Prime. I have read many mixed reviews. So good some not. But what I have learned is to read them with a grain of salt.

What I have considered so far is:
Prime = 3 caps 3x/day first dose with breakfast, then preworkout and then bedtime meal
Powerfull = 1 cap between breakfast and mid morning meal, 2 caps preworkout, 3 caps right before bed 40 minutes after last meal
AP w/ Pslin not sure where this would be best and if Pslin would be better pre or post workout... also might consider moving te after lunch meal and adding in a preworkout meal or can I take AP or Pslin pre workout on an empty stomach? Hope someone from USP labs can come in and help me out.

Ohh yeah have to add in Jacked preworkout!!! LOL!! Definately a staple now.
 
I think if you've had consistent training and diet like you outlined, then you'll probably dig Prime...especially if you have a strength training emphasis.

Actually its not strength training based... more bodybuilding. I focus on squeezing the muscles and pumping blood into the target muscle. The weight is an after thought, no ego here.

Awesome, Jack3d is unreal.
Powerfull was good but really loved the deep deep sleep that it produced.
The sleep is great, can you say 'Anabolic-Dreams'? haha

AP works better and better as your use duration increases due to the increase in efficient, effective CHO metabolism.

This is the most important thing, as with all products, take the reviews with a grain of salt. IMHO, for 90% of the individuals that have had 'non-responding' issues with PRIME, you can find another problem. They are looking for the "number" of pounds to be gained while eating 1000kCal under maintenance, etc. haha
Your diet looks solid, i assume your training rivals it.

Above, I used a conventional layout. Personally, I have been using P-Slin before my post-workout meal with awesome results.

You can expect a fairly biased answer from me because I:
1. Work for USP
2. LOVE PRIME... The stuff is unreal for me. PR after PR.
