ok USP Labs... guide me to the promise land!!

ok here it is:

i have a bottle of recreate and 2 tubs of Jacked.

i love recreate.

i lust for jacked.

now, i've been reading many great things about powerfull.

here's the question.

armed with recreate, jacked, and i get a hold of some powerfull, what would be the ultimate way to stack these, if i could stack them to get to my goal of shedding fat and maintaining (or gaining) muscle?

other info:
5'11" 226lbs (havent checked bf lately, but id guess around 20-25%.. yes i'm a fatty McButterpants :( )
ao recently, i now eat clean, 4-6 meals/day (including postWO protein shakes) low carb, moderate/high protein intake.

my workout sched:

monday: chest/tri/calves/30-45 min cardio
tuesday: back/bi/30-45 min cardio
wednesday: legs(including calves)/abs
thursday: shoulders/traps/30-45 min cardio
friday: calves/abs/45-60 min cardio

other supps:
orange TRIad multi
purple wraath intraWO
green mag/creatine mag chelate
fish oil
sesamin
CLA
 
I would honestly focus so much on your diet eight now, its funny everyone says clean when in reality there are so many faults in there (not saying this is you, just a generalization to make a point). Post your diet up in the correct section (the real one ;)) and you will get all the help you need, maybe even link that thread in this one.

NEVER miss a cardio or lifting session, you do and you will start a habit you really want to stray far away from ---> inconsistency.

Having said those two, obviously there are other "givens" that you should know from just being educated.

On the USPLabs supplementation front, I would run Recreate and Powerfull for sure. I would even recommend AP as much or more than the previous. AP is often the miracle pill with people who are endomorphic in regards to body-type. Try it, seriously.

thanks blackjack. that is some great info and reminders for me... always appreciate the "reality check" about the diet... as soon as i think i'm eating clean, somebody from the outside looking in can hash thru it and make some amazing suggestions.

ill post my diet as soon as i get a chance.
