In the latest issue of the vitamin shop magazine there's an article where a guy brought back a bottle of Recreate after two weeks because he said it worked to well. He was convinced there was something illegal in it.
recreate is awesome.
just got 2 more bottles for a 3 month supply with my current bottle.
Just stocked up on 3 Recreate and 3 Anabolic-Pump to start my next recomp! I dread it but the AP makes it much easier!
dude you are super slim in that picture. You trying to disappear![]()
Probably after Anabolic Pump/Recreate!..You trying to disappear![]()

USPlabs is definitely the exception from what I am discovering.
Any USPlabs reps know anything about how this product works with people who are using medication for hypertension? I can't find anything from the herbs that are listed. Is it recommended? I can't take very much caffeine (not more than a double espresso), no effedra, etc. Clenbuterol sends my blood pressure through the roof.

Again, a very precise extract of this substance has been shown to inhibit the enzyme 11-B-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1, both selectively and very potently [4]. In addition, it was shown to do so in muscle and adipose cells. Why is this good? 11beta-HSD1 is an enzyme responsible for converting the very weak glucocorticoid, cortisone, into the much more powerful, cortisol. We all know that excess cortisol can hamper your progress in the gym, and with the stress of living in our modern world, it’s certain that few people don’t have elevated cortisol levels. Unfortunately, this particular enzyme works against what we all as athletes and bodybuilders would like and works to increase cortisol levels. In addition, another sad bit of news is that activity of this enzyme only seems to increase as we get older [5].
By inhibiting 11beta-HSD1, it is thought that it could be used to treat obesity (reduce body fat) and improve insulin sensitivity. Additionally, a beneficial effect upon muscle mass would be expected [6].

Thank you very much for the feedback!I've been taking recreate at the normal dosage and AP 2 times a day with my carb meals on my recomp. The strength is still coming, and the body fat is melting off...I tell people at the gym anytime I talk to them, that I never really trust supplement companies, but USPlabs blows my mind with all their products.

Recreate should be fine for you. Obviously, you will want to keep monitoring your blood pressure. Because of cortisol's significant negative impact on blood pressure, we feel that Recreate is a great option for users with high blood pressure or hypertension. The low amount of caffeine in Recreate combined with the specific cortisol inhibiting.
Keep us updated on the progress of both your wife and yourself.
Thanks for the advice. I am going to give it a try when ever it gets here.
I am pretty disgusted with the service I am getting from Bulk Nutrition.com. I have be a customer there for several years and I have had to take this issue all the way to their CEO. The products are finally one the way but it will be the last time I order anything from them. My next order will be from Nutraplanet.
Thank you very much for that awesome vote of confidence. Well appreciated! :cheers:MMALOVER; said:I have disposed of (sold) all other supplements except USP stuff for that very reason.

I certainly know I have a few pounds of fat I need to shed and running is killing my knees.
Im no company rep, but I have to really watch the bp myself, and I was majorly concerned about similar issues as you, a long time ago, jacob(the usp man) pretty much told me it wouldnt be an issue, but offered me a money back guarantee if it bothered me at all. Im very pleased to say that it had NO effect on my bp at the recommended dosage, and Im actually prepared to experiment with 4 a day when I run it again, my stack will be ap, recreate and prime all at the same time. It worked for me, no side effects, no jitters, no crashes and thats the bottom line, and I just grabbed another bottle during the np sale.
On a similar note, anyone want trade something for some USP Y-RD or some genera Adrenaline, those are way too much stim for me to handle. Pm me if theres any interest or check my forsale page.![]()
Well from research studies I am reading, many of the active ingredients have been show to reduce blood pressure. So this may be a good product for me.
I have another question for our USPlab reps. Maybe you have encountered someone with a similar issue. Since some of the ingredients have been shown to increase T3 and T4. Is that going to effect thyroid functions with prolonged usage? The reason I am asking is my wife's medical doctors from another country screwed up her thyroid back when she was a national bodybuilding champion with thyroglobulin. Now she has to take this stuff for the rest of her life. Since she can't import thyroglobulin and it is not sold in the USA, she has to take Armour thyroid here. Now my question is should she reduce the intake of the Armour Thyroid or will the products in Recreate not cause the thyroid to suppress T3 and T4 over time in combination with the use prescription thyroid medications?
Anyway, we finally got the Recreate in the mail today. My wife is pretty excited to use this stuff. She also takes a huge amount of caffeine and will drop using it so she can adequately evaluate the Recreate. She is going to use 2 caps 30 before training in the morning and then 1 6-8 hours later.
I'll have her post here tomorrow on how the first day goes.
Thanks for all the advice, but my wife decided to go ahead with taking the Recreate.
Day 1-2
Energy level: First off, my wife stopped taking sybutramine and caffeine while she is taking this product to fairly evaluate it. She usually takes >500mg of caffeine to the point she gets headaches after training.
A few minutes after taking the first does of 2 capsules she felt like she needed to do something. She had a energy level equal to huge amounts of caffeine without the jittery effects and headaches. Once she was done training the 2nd dose was taken which kept the energy levels up but not near to the extent of the first dose.
Hunger level: My wife has a strange craving for fried chicken the first day but nothing since then. Not even any cravings for sweets. since she is on a low carb diet this works well. She tells me that the lack of appetite is equal to when she gets from sybutramine. Another big plus.
Weight loss: My wife was at a big sticking point with her diet. Today she got on the scales and found she had dropped about 1 pound. The first time in weeks. This could have been from a mild laxative effect. Time will tell.
So far, the energy level is a BIG PLUS. Its equal to large doses of caffeine but without the side effects. Appetite suppression is also a BIG PLUS. Its equivalent to sybutramine. Weight/fat loss, so far it appears to be working but way too early to judge this one fairly.
Stay tuned!
This review means a ton coming from you and your wife. Very impressed. This product is setting new standards for fat loss products.
Cant wait to see the end review...
My wife is very excited about Recreate. This product will save us from having to go to Mexico and visit the farmacias to buy sybutramine and clenbuterol.
I was just thinking about this thread and i am ashamed that i never recommended the addition of Anabolic-Pump to her program. If she likes Recreate, i beg you to add Anabolic-Pump. Her results will simply be expedited.
The synergy is amazing and we have started a thread specifically revolving around this stack. Check it out and read Mulletsoldiers write-up explaining how these products work together.

Really how much more effective is two caps in the second dose, as opposed to one? Four caps a day will only last for like 22 days, were as 3 caps will last about a month.
How can I saw no? I will take a look at the product and probably place an order today.
Got any products yet that work on burning fat in spots like the old thiomucase?
My wife told me this morning she was going to wait until closer to her morning workout to take the 2 caps because it gave her a lot of anxiety. She said she just felt like she had to do something....LOTS of energy to burn. The afternoon dose of 1 cap was not quite so intense and she was able to do what she needed to do in the house . I guess this is why USPlabs suggested 2 before training and one 6-8 hours later. If you split your training to morning and evening, I guess 2 in the morning and 2 6-8 hours later would be kind of nice.
Tsk Tsk, for tolerance affects, she really should have started with one, which if Im not mistaken, was the recommended dosage for a female, then upped it to two and so on. I bet if she had started with one, she would have noticed something from that dose, like boro said, even at his weight, he only does 3 a day. Keep us updated, I would like to follow her experiences.
Sounds like things are going well, thats a good thing. I hope your gal continues to do well, and for you I would recommend starting with one, just to see if it affects you in any weird way, which Im pretty sure it wont, and then go from there. Look at it another way, if one cap a day works, then why go upto two, the bottle will last twice as long, lol.
I've been thinking about trying Recreate myself. One reason being I've herd great things about controlling food cravings. I've heard customers tell me they only want to eat healthy food. Right now that's exactly what i need and it maybe very helpful when I start contest prep. I may grab a bottle today at work (Vitamin Shoppe).

This may not be the answer you are looking for, but it is the only one I can make in good conscience. In my opinion, any compound [natural or otherwise] directly increasing triiodothyronine [T3] levels - whether via TSH or thyroxine [T4] conversion - should not be used in conjunction with Thyroid-modulating pharmaceuticals. While the end goal of ReCreate and Armour Thyroid are similar [achieving a favorable balance of T4:T3], the combination has the potential to pose adverse contraindications. This is not ReCreate-specific, but a course of action I would suggest for anybody utilizing Pharmaceutical medication to correct a [semi] serious impingement. I would say: "Consult your physician", but we both know he/she will claim Creatine is in bed with the Devil! So, as I said, I would not suggest using them concurrently.
