so my order arrived yesterday and yesterday was an off day so i decided to take three scoops before a bday party i was going to and it was intense the focus energy and the tingle was crazy i am so excited to try this today before my workout thank you guys for puttin out such good products im very pleased to say the least

i can undoubtedly say that this is the best pre workout product i have ever used the energy and focus are by far the best i have ever experenced and not to metion the pump was awesome today i trained shoulders and arms and was able to add at least ten lbs to every lift and pushed myself so hard i nearly fainted! i am so impressed with this product

As someone who works out at night, I finish maybe 2 hours before it's time for bed, should I take this or will the effects stay with me long past the workout hurting my sleep?

I'm 5'11 ~ 220ish.
 
I am looking forward to hearing more, Cloc. Hey, three scoops seems like a lot!
I bet you could run on, and on, and on with that. :D

Take it 4 hours before your workout on an empty stomach...

I took 2 scoops last night around 7:30PM - 8:00PM before my workout. My workout was amazing, but my sleep afterwards was nonexistent. I do not recommend taking it that close to bedtime. It is a great product though and I highly recommend!
 
yesterday did chest and back and strength is up mind muscle conection is great energy is still through roof although i wasn feelin very well actuly have an upper respitory infection so not going to be traing for a few days but so far so good
 
just wanted to give update workouts have been awesome i find i am able to get in the zone and push my self with extreme intenseity even if im not feelin up to it before workout strength is deff up and pumps are still right on :cheers:
