Three scoops are the maximum recommendation. I personally will use a maximum of two scoops. Even at that, I will probably work my way from one scoop to two over time. So, you can play around with lower doses and do not ever have to use as much as three!

I am a 3 scoop of white flood and 5-6 RPM kind of guy so I am sure I'll need the 3 scoops.

I'll just use it in a rotation. I workout 2 times a week so I'll use it once or twice and RPM or white flood in the other...

This is just a personal thing with Mono but I am sure others have the same issue with Mono and might question dosing protocols as well so hopefully this discussion is usefull

Don't underestimate how powerful theophylline is....the stuff is STRONG.

~200mg per 3 scoops. However, many only use 1-2 scoops per training session.
hallelooyah, i was worried there was gonna be too much caffiene

so about 65mg caffieen per scoop, excellent.

I ordered 1 tub today.

how long does the inner circle sale last, and what will be the price after thats over?

Wow... a pretty goof dose. I might not be able to handle 3 scoops cause of the beta alanine (i dont do tingles ha)

any worry of becoming insensitive to it? I ask because I've used Ergopharms AMP which had geranium and found it only best to use for real tough workouts or when energy was non-existent as daily use or more then three times a week and i wasnt nearly as sensitive to it as i first was

this is why i've only used y'rd twice a week before hard workouts

others I know have had the same expereince with AMP in that they became insensitive if used too often
