Anabolic Pump and Hypo/ headache

Hi guys,

I already used AP for almost 2 months now...so far so good. However, this couple days, I have some problem.

I usually wait 30 mins before carb meal, and it usually fine.

But the last couple days, after meal, I got lethargic/ hypo/fatique, something like when you start to catch cold...it's pretty intense I thought I caught a cold. Usually this feeling will go away bit by bit as the days progress.
Also, after AP meal, I got light headache, nothing major, but kinda annoying.

keep in mind that I keep the meal quantity & quality exactly the same. Water intake is also same.

Anybody can help me?

thanks

Perhaps your carb tolerance has become greater, and thus you need more carbs during your meal to prevent hypoglycemia?

Hi papagunz,

Yes, I thought so too.
I just don't expect that my carb tolerance to become greater so suddenly. I guess I'll try to up my carb intake, or maybe stop using AP for a while and see what happens.

thanks

Simply add an additional 10-20g Carbohydrates to that meal; should fix up these feelings of lethargy and faintness quite quickly! As PG said, your individual level of carbohydrate tolerance has most likely increased as a result of chronic AP administration.

The good news is that this means your body is definitely responding to the AP

Follow above advice.

Hi Mullet and everyone,

It turns out that I slightly caught a cold, and AP really magnifies the symptoms. I stopped taking AP for couple days, waiting for the cold symptoms to go away, and taking AP again, and I was fine. I had no doubt that hypogycemia plays part as well.

I just came back from vacation, taking AP while on vacation, and with not so good diet, I was actually managed to drop weight.

AP is great.

thanks for the help, everyone!

Excellent to hear! Keep up the good work.

Have you felt the strength and/or endurance effects from the product?

Hi Boro,

honestly I didn't really feel the strength effect. What I feel is I got leaner and managed to eat more carbs, which I like very much.

thx

Right, those were my initial and cumulative results. Then i began to realize the endurance factor after my first cessation.
Very cool.

I just finished 2 months on AP and P-slin and I can tell that my insulin sensitivity has changed immensely. I have found myself going hypo when I went back to my "normal" carb consumption and getting dizzy, unfocused, etc.

It seems, then, that AP actually promotes insulin sensitivity in the user such that the user would (at least temporarily) be more insulin sensitive after stopping AP than before taking it. True?

Roughly speaking, the spill-over effects from Anabolic-Pump supplementation ensure that, post-Anabolic Pump, the system becomes more efficient at utilizing insulin.

Yes. Think about it from a dieting perspective. You release less insulin on a diet, and thus afterwords become more sensitive to it. Same goes for AP, less insulin released over a period of time, and when you go off of it, you are more sensitive.
