How long does recreate take to work?

Been on the above for a week and noticed no thermogenic effect, very little energy increase, still get hungry for junk food and taking 4 caps a day split between morning and late afternoon.

My diet is fine most days however I cheat once a week with pizza. I do interval training for 40 minutes on a cross trainer every day except days I do weights which is 3 times a week.

Yes empty stomach always. Stats are I'm 11 stone, 5'11, and 14% bodyfat.

That is strange! There is always the possibility that you are a non-responder (it happens, unfortunately) but let us eliminate that possibility before making it the conclusion!

Do you/Are you:

a) Normally have no reaction to stimulants/caffeine?
b) Have absorption issues?
c) Taking any other stimulants, or have you recently ceased taking any other stimulants?

I think I may need to give it some more time then, maybe I'm expecting too much. How will I know it's working - weight loss on the scales or would I be able to notice visually? Really hope I'm not a non-responder because recreate appears to have zero side effects for me as oppose to alri venom which had loads.

I'm usually very sensitive to stimulants. Currently taking anabolic edge, fish oils, adam multi-vitamin, controlled labs golden finish after workout and melatonin before sleep.

Before I started recreate I was on cissus drol, neurogenex/nootropic formula, fish oils, adam multi-vitamin, green tea. Never had any absorption issues also.

Can you elaborate on the 4 cap split. I found that taking two at once really knocked out the hunger. In fact I did it 1 in the am and 2 towards noon, and that seemed to work well for me, but sometimes I would spread them out and take 3 separate doses. Also as far as kick in, I definitely noticed an increase in overall energy, and a generally positive feeling by the end of the first week.

EDIT: I just check my poorly written notes, and it appears by the 8th day I was definitely feeling the recreate effects.

I take 2 in the morning with water immediately on waking up 30 minutes before breakfast, then 2 late afternoon at least 2 hours after I have eaten something.

would you consider changing the dosing and timing just a little bit to see if it makes a difference, maybe for just a couple of days?

If so, then:

keep it in the am, like you have, but only take 1 cap.

then some time mid/late morning, prior to lunch, take 2 caps.

then keep your mid afternoon time, but only 1 cap.

If you try this and it works better for you please let me know. If it doesnt have any change, Im not sure what to suggest, but trying it this way wont really alter you dosing style, so if you dont like it, you can just go back to your original way.

Just to add in:

I had 2 bottles of Recreate in I think May and June. I didn't notice a single thing for the whole 1st bottle unfortunately, but it definitely kicked in around the month mark. After this time it worked extremely well for me, maybe a little too well to be honest as I was constantly sweating even when walking for 5 mins!

Mullet: Could there be a reason why this takes a lot longer to kick in for some people?? I dosed it on an empty stomach as the OP did.

The 2nd month the effects were very pronounced!

Most definitely; could be many things!

For example, one could have unusually high, natural levels of monoamine oxidase, thereby monoaminating the norepinephrine increase derived from ReCreate, as a natural feedback response; further, one's Thyroid output could be decreased, in some respects dampening the response to ReCreate!

With so much individual biochemistry involved, it is always quite difficult to suggest a biological reason why one may have not responded!

I ran Recreate for 8 weeks. For me it seemed to have accumulative effects. There is no 'buzz', which is what I'm assuming you're expecting as you state it hasn't given you any 'energy'. Recreate isn't like other fat burners, you won't 'feel' it working. In fact while I was using it on my cut I wouldn't have claimed it was any good. It was after I stopped taking it when I realized just how effective it was, because despite the fact my diet and training was the same my strength began to dwindle and my bodyfat began to drop more slowly. Thus it became evident exactly what Recreate had done for me so I will suggest you be a little more patient.

:goodpost:

I can relate to Fluid's comments. It took a lot longer for it to kick in for me, and I had a differing reaction to the appetite supression - being it doesn't curb hunger, rather the volume I can consume in one sitting.
