Broken caps in powerFULL

Sorry guys, i love usp products, and i cant criticise anything youve made that ive bought, AP worked for me, Pslin is great, and powerFULL is awesome, ive felt like a different person since ive been using it, however the last 2 bottles ive bought have had broken caps inside, and have been coverd in the contents of the broken caps, has this happend to other people, i thought maybe the caps were faulty, Its a shame because i have nothing but good to say about your products, and i have just ordered prime so that should be awesome to try.

This has even happened to me. It is like a cap or two busted but this is a problem which occurs during shipping; USPLabs makes sure that all products are created with the highest of quality. Regardless, the product will still be very effective. Sorry for the inconvenience!

happened to me with my first bottle of powerfull.No big deal.lost one pill at roughly $.38.Plus the powder is at the bottom.Got me some water and downed it.disgusting but just as effective.
