Regarding Prime, Pslin, Ap And Dosing

Just got my USP stack in the mail. gonna run AP, Prime, PSlin with WMS, NO2 Black and CE2 Hi-Def for my creatine.

Questions:
1. Prime is recommended to take 5 days on, 2 days off. Is anyone just taking it every day? Is it safe to do that?
2. Is it ok to take stimulants while on this stack(caffeine)?
3. People have told me several times that PSlin can cause hypoglycemia, which is why i'm using WMS with it. If it keeps blood sugar and insulin low to prevent fat storage, will it affect the absorption of protein post-workout?

1. yes, and yes
2. yes
3. It will affect absorption in a good way. The mechanism of action for glucose/amino uptake into skeletal muscle via pslin/ap is not insulin based.

Thanks a lot for the info man! Be starting my stack tomorrow! NO2 Black, CE2 Hi-Def(Should make for some decent cuts while putting on some lean mass. The raspberry ketones do wonders. For me, at least. MRI makes good stuff.) Prime(Can't WAIT for that monster to take effect), AP, and PSlin with WMS.
I also have some extended release ALA that I was thinking about taking with the NO2 Black and the AP, but the only issue I was thinking about is insulin. ALA and AP both allow the expression of GLUT4, but the ALA mechanism is insulin-depended, and would reduce sensitivity. So AP works completely independent of insulin? Would the ALA increase my chances of going hypoglycemic if used with AP and PSlin(allowing for a large amount of carbs, of course)

(On another topic, what does it mean when you have a log that is "sponsored"? Does that mean a certain company will pay you to take the supplement and log your progress? I'm new to this thing, so forgive me if i'm a little naive.)

Sponsored logs are where a company gives a product for free to log. Unsponsored is where you buy it yourself and log it.

dont take the ALA and AP/pslin together as the ALA and increased insulin will cause AP and/or pslin to be less effective and Ap and Pslin are the preferred method over insulin as it wont shuttle nutrients into fat as well, just muscles... at least thats the idea and it seems to work well for me.

AP works independent of insulin. I would say it would increase your chances of going hypoglycemic. However, just use ALA with different meals than AP / P-Slin.

A sponsored log is when the company provides you with the product to log.
