P-slin

Hello,

I am doing a modified keto diet of sorts and I was considering using p-slin for a pwo meal. This would, more or less, be my only carb feeding. Now, my thoughts on this are: it will keep insulin low, so GH stays more elevated, and if insulin is low, lipolysis is high(er), but one advantage to consuming pwo carbs is the lowering or cortisol.....so, with the consumption of pwo carbs and a low insulin response, what would the cortisol response be to that sort of thing?

To add: I use EndoAMP from Primordial Performance and I like taking it in the morning for my cortisol control and I find taking it PWO increases my DOMS (yes, serious). I don't want high DOMS at this point and using it with my morning shake doesn't do this.

Thanks

Cortisol response is largely controlled by the length and intensity of your training. After 45-60 minutes of weight training, there is a sharp peak in cortisol levels.
I would suggest avoiding training over 60 minutes, and taking your PSlin (Or AP) Post-WO to keep yourself in ketosis.
