Yah I love Recreate but even that I had to start off slow. Sometimes after extanded use over time I get times when my thinking is cloudy though, it always goes a away but it's kind of weird. I wonder if I am eating enough carbs sometimes, could be that Recreate is burning up calories and my carb intake just becomes too low.

Has anyone tried Y-RD that has also used APS Phenadrine? I would LOVE to see a comparison.

I would run a comparison myself, if I had access to some Y-RD. The APS Phenadrine log in my sig is still going strong.
