| Registered User | I guess you can take it without food, but I would take it before eating. Direct from mullet in the quick question thread: Our initial testing phases focused on consuming PRIME with dietary fats, but that was due to the the lipolytic nature of Testosterone - and therein assuming PRIME was a test booster. As a result of it working through an apparently independent mechanism, dosing in and around meals as opposed to an empty stomach is personal preference. | Dedication | You will simply incur a minor digestion lag if not consumed with food as you do with any other encapsulated product. With food or without, you will not be able to 'feel' a difference. On a physiologic front, it 'makes since' to consume encapsulated product in combination with food. Digestion starts in your mouth (saliva) and when eating you salivate much more than when not eating.
