| Registered User | Prime for judo Would Prime be beneficial for training judo? I don't lift, only train hard, 2hrs three times a week. It's an intense combination of aerobic and anaerobic activity for two full hours of fighting. The energy and recovery are attracting me. Out of every 100 men, ten shouldn't even be there, Eighty are just targets, Nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior, and he will bring the others back." - Hericletus, circa 500 BC |

| Registered User | It certainly couldn't hurt, and I bet it would help some, though its intended use caters better to weightlifters. I would go with something more aerobic oriented though; something along the lines of rhodiola, beta alanine, cordyceps, ecdysterone, and citrulline malate. Blood, sweat, tears, yeah We dripped all three just to get here. |
