6 weeks out from first comp and i come to USP Labs!

I have decided to start this log as im only 6 weeks out from my first ever comp and i would love to get tips and help along from fellow USP followers. I have been dieting for a while using a high fat/high protein diet but i have not been able to train with any intencity in the gym due to the lack of carbs. 2 weeks ago i re-introduced carbs and i now feel like super man in the gym :)

So please follow along and help me with supp timing/cardio whatever i just want all the support i can get.

From USP Labs so far im using Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, P-slin and i will introduce Recreate once i finish my current fat burner which will be @ 4 weeks out.

Weight: 74.1kg (163.02)
Goal: 68-70kg on stage

Pre Comp Diet – Training Days

Pre Cardio = 3 Caps Sub Q + Powerfull + 5g glutafrom + 3g ALCAR
During = Xtend (45min Cardio)
Post Cardio = 4 caps HMB + Gut health + Anabolic Pump

Meal 1 = 30g protein + 55g carbs + 0g fat + Multi/Fish Oil

6 egg whites + 80g oats + green vegies + p/husk

Meal 2 = 30g protein + 5g carbs + 5g fat

150g Fish + green vegies + 5mil flaxseed Oil


1 x Sub Q + 1 scoop Xtend

Meal 3 = 30g protein, 5g carbs + 5g fat

150g Fish + green vegies + 5mil flaxseed Oil

Pre Workout = 35g protein + 40g carbs + Anabolic Pump

8 egg whites + 60g oats

Pre: 1 hour Pre: 3 caps RPM
30min Pre: 2 caps Powerfull
15 min Pre: 3g ALCAR + 1 scoop xtend + 1 scoop Beta Alanine
During – 4 scoops xtend + 1 scoop wrath (During Cardio)

Post Workout = 25g Protein + 30g Carbs + 1 x Anabolic Pump

1 scoop Elite whey + 1 scoop WMS + 5g Glutamine

Meal 5 = 30g protein + 5g carbs

150g Kangaroo + green vegies

Meal 6 = 35g protein + 5g carbs from vegies + 10g fat + Fish Oil

4 egg whites + 1 tin tuna + green vegies + 10mil flaxseed oil + p/husk

170g Fish + green vegies + 5mil flaxseed Oil

Meal 4 = 35g protein + 5g Carbs + 5g Fat

170g Fish + green vegies

Meal 5 = 35g protein + 5g carbs + 5g Fat

Any tips on supp changes/timing or diet?

Cardio is @ 45min Pre Meal 1 LI
PWO 30min = 5min on 5min off HIIT Walking

Weights @ 5 times per week

Show Date: October 5th

Lets hope i can get some Prime in aus soon as well.

Time 2 get shredded!!!!!!
