I have decided to start this log as im only 6 weeks out from my first ever comp and i would love to get tips and help along from fellow USP followers. I have been dieting for a while using a high fat/high protein diet but i have not been able to train with any intencity in the gym due to the lack of carbs. 2 weeks ago i re-introduced carbs and i now feel like super man in the gym
So please follow along and help me with supp timing/cardio whatever i just want all the support i can get.
From USP Labs so far im using Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, P-slin and i will introduce Recreate once i finish my current fat burner which will be @ 4 weeks out.
Stats
Age: 21
Weight: 74.1kg (163.02)
Goal: 68-70kg on stage
