through 1 bottle of AP and still not working?

Okay im not trying to dis on USP labs because I KNOW the product has worked for so many people, but just hasn't for me. I've used 1 hole bottle and about 3 days worth of another bottle(i have 2 more) but i haven't seen the effects yet. I have been taking 1 p slin followed pre workout and 2 AP later in the day. I do feel a bit more energy and strength from the p slin, but no "pump",vasculartiy, or go hypo. Here are the many things i have tried:

AP DOSING 60-100g carbs
Oats
Oats with raisins
Oats with a banana
Oats with Dates
sweet potatoes
weetabix cereal w/ milk
bananas
Rice Cakes
Wheat Bread

I Tried every single one of these combinations 15, 30, and 45 minutes after taking AP. I have been clean bulking/recomping eating 300 over maintenance and have not noticed a "leaning out" effect as many have stated. My diet is 2800-3000 calories in a 40/40/20 split, all clean from basic "bodybuilding" foods, absolutely no cheating.

i have only felt hypo after an AP dosing once, and it was about 20 minutes after taking it and it went away after eating 4 slices of wheat bread(68g carbs). This happened about the 2nd week into the first bottle.

All advice and experience is greatly appreciated, as i have talked to some reps and they have tried to help but still i have not noticed any effects.

Another thing i should note is that for a while i was wondering if the digestive enzymes and fish oil i took after meals had any effect, but i have tried many meals combinations and i didn't see any difference.

At those statistics, and assuming an age of mid-to-early twenties, your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is approximately 1700kcal. Which would mean a recomposition diet would hover in that immediate range, while utilizing anti-lipogenic compounds, and energy producing compounds such as AP. While AP is a fantastic product, I would not personally expect to see concurrent losses in adipose when consuming almost 1500kcals over maintenance. I would venture to say if you are consuming 1500kcals over maintenance, and have not noticed prominent adipose gain, that AP is working for you.

I understand what you are saying, but my maintenance calories are actually around 2500 and im hoping it is doing its job of not making me gain too much fat. I still have another 1.5 bottles so ill keep testing things out and let everyone know how things go.

Would you say your adipose gain has been lessened?

If you are consuming ~3000kcal and your BMR is (on your terms) ~2500kcal and (on Mullets terms) is down around 2000kcal, you should theoretically be open to adipose gain. If you are through one bottle; this caloric surplus has taken place consistently for approximately a one month time frame.

If you say it you cannot see a difference in your adipose, than the product has been effective.

This is honestly where i have seen my best progress. If you have ever been on a calorically controlled or low carbohydrate cut diet, i am sure you can empathize. Furthermore, strength will be retained because of a slightly higher caloric 'window' and the availability (and necessity) to consume a higher carbohydrate amount as well as increased nutrient shuttling into your muscles.

Best of luck buddy!
