not enough carbs for AP to work?

I've been using Anabolic pump for bout a week now for cutting purposes and I only take bout 30-40g of carbs n I dont get any negative side effects like hypoglycemia. So far I'm already starting to see results but wanted to fully utilize AP should i increase my carbs?

When you say you only take in 30-40 grams of carbs.. is this per meal, per day.. etc...?

Read the manuel~

Try changing your meal composition as well. (assuming the quantity is fine)

I have found it better to have a blend of complex and simple carbohydrates. I gain fat pretty easily therefore i keep simple carbohydrates to a minimum and only in conjunction with USPlabs Anabolic Pump. I would like to keep my insulin response as low as possible.

The sweet spot for most people is around a 4or5:1 ratio (Complex:Simple).

Post up questions if you have any more.

Best of luck buddy!

Good to go...

I will usually use fruit and or honey as my simple sources of carbohydrate.

Good luck!
