| Registered User | P-slin would taking this with 70g carbs pre workout increase endurance for cardio such as running 5 miles? I'm asking because of PT at 5:45 in the morning with Army ROTC. I don't have time to wake up, eat breakfast, and then go. so would taking P-slin with 70g of carbs work for that? |
