Scoop?

I dont see a scoop in my bags'o'protein I just got in (16lbs :woohoo: )

What size scoop do i need to use?

I typically wouldnt ask and would just keep it the same everytime to gauge effects but im running the V-diet and i'd like to get some more precise numbers

No, TP does not include scoops unless you order one.
An old scoop will work if you have one, a 70cc scoop equals I serving of protein. If you dont have a scoop a 1/3 cup will do the job.

if you ordered packed in bag than you wont get scoop , if its in jug then you have scoop
