I've been using the ion exchange whey isolate. I use the scooper enclosed in the container with the understanding that two scoops equal 30 grams of protein. Is this correct?

Regardless of the protein brand, a whey isolate weights around 30g per scoop of 70cc. At 80-90% protein that would equal 24-27g of protein.

sorry for the delay Col but thats correct a 70cc scoop will provide ~30g of protein and ~40g of carbs, thanks!
