Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate Ultra Grade

Does anyone know The average molecular weight of the hydrolyzed Ultra Grade and the AN/TN ratios? I am stuck between this and hydro 520 offered by another company. I am looking for the better product, price and taste don't matter.
