Just curious, how does the border fee reimbursement works? I just ordered and UPS charges me a nice 43$.. Do I just pay it and will get reimbursed? Just a question...

Oh and BTW, Excellent products, I am hooked!

That's weird, I've never been charged by UPS when ordering from TP. They are supposed to have their own broker so customers don't get screwed by UPS.

Fixed USP>UPS oops.
 
Might be my bad.. I'll pay and we'll see what's in it. I am doing so many trades, I might be responsible for this. Sorry TP!
 
hey john sorry for the delay we are out on the weekends, you should never receive a boarder fee or any duties on any packages coming from True Protein, all of the above charges are covered by our company and are not passed on to the company, so if you were in fact charged on the last package please shoot me over a PM with your order number so I can contact UPS and see how we can go about having that money refunded to you, thanks!
 
Awesome man sorry again if UPS did make a mistake, we have never had this happen so I am definitely curious!

Looks like you still are perfect LOL. It was from a guy who forgot to put the value of 5$ (DAMN) but it's not your fault :hammer:
