What is the Cassein to Whey ratio in Mil Protein Isolate? I thought it was 80% Cassein and 20% Whey? Also how is milk protein Isolate for a night time protein before bed with peanut butter?

I can't drink that stuff, it's so thick it kinda makes me gag. I'd say it would work well for a nighttime protein with PB.

BSL Vanilla flavor is awesome.

My nighttime shake is typically 12-16 oz. 1% milk, 1.5 scoops TP MPI, and 1/4 scoop Muscle Milk.

Yea its not that bad, just shake and chug......I was wondering what the big difference between Milk Protein Isolate is and the Complete Milk Dairy Isolate? I'm looking to order about 20lbs to make some MRP's w/ oatmeal to last for this school semester.

Is there a better protein to use for the MRP's im looking to make?

they are very close, the cmdi may be a little thinner but overall expect the same consistancy

I think Im gonna get......wow I dont even know what..lol. I like tropical stuff so Mango, Pinapple, etc. Then some premium chocolate.

but you must choose one type of flavor , free flavor , premium flavor or BSL flavor
one more thing premium and BSL flavors have sweeteners in them

this way , you can try every flavor , one type of flavor for exemple premium
