Important Message to All True Protein Canada Customers:
In our ongoing efforts to improve customer service and usability of our websites True Protein and True Protein Canada, we are now combining both websites into one easy to use site, effective this week! Any customers who have been using True Protein Canada previously will now be redirected to True Protein, where all of the prices have been updated in USD. This will allow us to offer all of our products at a more affordable price for our Canadian customers, and will resolve a few currency conversion problems that we had been experiencing in the past. This change is primarily because the Canadian dollar continues to strengthen compared to the US dollar, which will lower prices for our Canadian customers even further. Also, all of the user and login information for our Canadian customers will remain the same, there is no need to create a new user account, the change is seamless.
We have added a simple currency converter on each page for all non-US customers to see exactly your costs in your respective currency.
As far as shipping is concerned, the cost of shipping WILL NOT be affected by these changes. We continue to pay for all brokerage, tax and duty fees for any packages going to Canada, and we are continually working with UPS Canada to lower our shipping rates even further.
