hydrolysate

Is whey protein hydrolysate that much better then whey protein Isolate or is it relatively the same stuff? I keep reading about how great hydrolysed whey is pwo. Is there any difference between hydrolysed whey Isolate or hydrolysed concentrate? Upon reading a review on hydrolysate, it said that it was primarily derived from whey protein Isolate but I notice the protein percentage of hydrolyzed high grade is much lower then that of an Isolate.

The protein percentage may be lower, but the material is more readily absorbed into the system with a hydrolyzed product, whereas their is more potential for waste when you are using an Isolate if the body does not break down the material fast enough before it exits as waste

conentrate and isolate are almost the same , isolate dont contain lactose and so its good for people who can not use concentrate , difference in absorption , there isnt difference in absorption of isolate and concentrate , but there is difference in absorption hydrolyzed whey , hydrolyzed whey absorbs in 80min , and absorption of aminos is 60 min
