It is highly recommended that new users start off with only a half a serving at first, and work your way up. YOU WILL FEEL THIS MATERIAL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. The Beta-Alanine will make you tingle, and the increases in strength and endurance will amaze you once you get acclimated to the product. Most users will feel a tingle on the skin, or heat all over most of their body (much like a sunburn), but the initial effects will only lasts for 30-60 minutes and are completely normal.
