1.) Should I use dextrose mixed with whey after taking the WMS? I am asking this because I plan to use 2 scoops (80 g) of WMS pwo but was receiving mixed info about whether or not it will spike insulin and be able to shuttle nutrients into my muscle? I thought this was the whole point behind pwo carb intake.
2.) Is the WMS better at restoring glycogen then dextrose and maltodextrin? I have been told yes by some and others say it's only better if bloating is an issue with other sources of pwo carbs.
