IS the hydrolyzed whey protein high grade a hydrolyzed isolate or a hydrolyzed concentrate? I am having troulbe understanding the whole concept outside of the fact that it is pre-digested.

When it comes to hydrolyzed products they are really in a class of their own, they do not fall into a concentrate or an isolate, as they have qualities of both.

The HG we currently stock only contains 23g per 30g serving, however the protein content will be assimilated into the system much more readily than that of a whey isolate, since the isolate will have to be broken down and much of it can bypass digestion and exit the body as waste

That depends on how strong you consider your taste buds lol, the stuff is pretty bitter, but if you know what you are getting into in advance you should be able to stomach it. Taking it with an isolate is a great way to thin out the bitterness though
It is very difficult to give you an exact amount since there are so many variables, but I would say you could take anywhere up to that amount depending on how your body reacts to the new material
For during, and post w/o I use it straight for best results mixed with maltodextrin and a little stevia
If you have the $ go for the PeptoPro a lot better absortion and you wouldn't need 75 g.
