True Protein's Alpha-Lactalbumin is the best sup I,ve used for sleep so far
I stopped using True Protein's Alpha-Lactalbumin for about 5 days just to see if it wasn't a placebo effect,Last night I used True Protein's Alpha-Lactalbumin again and I definitively slept allot better.

try it with about 3-5g of gaba each night as well, i have been sawing logs like it is my job now. no more waking up in the middle of the night, i just conk right out. ease into the gaba though, if i use too much it kind of gives me the creepy-crawly feeling over my skin.
