Possible new customer need help...

Hey guys I just heard about trueprotein the other day from another forum I post on and I am impressed with the offerings available here. I'm in the market for bulk protein 20+lbs and this place looks like the best quality. I'm looking for two different blends.

1st: Post workout blend

2nd: Slow absorbing Meal replacement blend

I'm so confused as to the many different types of blends available and just dumbfounded by the options available on the custom blends. Please can you guys suggest the best blends for my purposes.

Also do they offer small samples because Flavor is very important to me and if I'm ordering 20+lbs I want to make sure I can stand it.

EDIT: My current supplements are whey protein, creatine monohydrate, multivitamin, and Omega 3,6,9 pills. I was looking to add some Glutamine with this protein blend.

If you go to their website they have some good pre-mix formulas. The fast recovery Post Workout Formula would be good for your 1st requested item and the Pre-Bed Formula would be good for your 2nd request.

I understand your confusion, I was just as confused and probably worse.

As far as the flavors go I highly recommend the Premium Flavors. I went with the Fruit Punch and I love it, but if you prefer your protein with milk then go with a cream style flavor.

I ordered my flavor seperate because I have my future plans of buying more flavors so I can have a daily variety.

After reading and reading I've come to my own conclusion that I want a slow protein blend.

My next order will have 30% Whey, 20% Egg, 20% Micellar Casein, 20% Hydrolyzed Casein, 10% WMS. I'm sure there's a million opinions on what a mix should consist of but this is what I'm personally gonna go with.

I just have a question about the extra options on the end. I will add the aminogen to both mixes but what does the vitamin and mineral additive actually add? I can't find on the site where it explains this additive. Is it a significant amount to replace a daily multi vitamin or is it just minor trace amounts of only a few.

I was also looking for a possible sample of the following flavors:
BSL - chocolate
BSL - fruit punch
BSL - vanilla

The sample pack listed on the site did not contain any of these flavors. Can I purchase a custom 3 pack "sample" of these flavors? I have some other free samples coming in from allthewhey right now an will need to decide by next week. Flavor is very important to me because I have had some bad ones before and it really ruins it for me.


It looks like I will be going with the Fast Recovery formula and the TEAMSkip formula. Thanks for the help on that.


Also how many grams of BCAA and Glutamine peptide is there in 1 serving of the "FastRecovery formula"?
 
The Vit Min mix should never replace a daily multi vit, but it is good in conjunction with one that you may already be taking separately.

Of the three, the BSL Fruit Punch is my favorite, the others are quality flavors as well, though I prefer the Premium flavor systems.

Thanks for all the help Cnizz. I ended up just ordering the sample pack just now with a shaker bottle. After reading up the premium flavors seem to be more popular or taste as good as the bsl flavors. I look forward to getting these flavors and testing them. I used your discount code btw.
