Your thoughts on this PWO mix???

Per 100g:

5g Taurine
10g L-glutamine
60g WMS
25g CF WPI

What y'all think? I get my BCAAs & creatine in cap form. I workout 2x p/day so ill take half a serve after each session.

My brekky contains a WPI/WPC blend & my pre-bed meal is a micellar cesein shake. im not a bodybuilder, so im not looking to bulk, just repair - im a boxer training for an MMA fight...

I'd trade the gluatamine out for L-Leucine. But it looks solid. The free-form Leucine will be more beneficial to you than the glutamine. :cheers:

Yep. Studies show that taking 6-10g post workout creates a much more anabolic enviroment. Trust me, you will benefit much more from adding Leucine and dropping the Glutamine. But, your mix looks very solid.
