| Registered User | Your thoughts on this PWO mix??? Per 100g: 5g Taurine 10g L-glutamine 60g WMS 25g CF WPI What y'all think? I get my BCAAs & creatine in cap form. I workout 2x p/day so ill take half a serve after each session. My brekky contains a WPI/WPC blend & my pre-bed meal is a micellar cesein shake. im not a bodybuilder, so im not looking to bulk, just repair - im a boxer training for an MMA fight... |

| constant recomp | I'd trade the gluatamine out for L-Leucine. But it looks solid. The free-form Leucine will be more beneficial to you than the glutamine. ![]() |
