I am selective with portein powders due to the fact WPI , the high grade s are good to me and my stomach. Currently am using Dymatize ISO 100 and am curious if you can beat there product.

The amino acid profile in Iso-100 is the best Ive found.
One scoop 25 protein 0 grams everything else
LLeucine 2825 grams
L-Isoleucine 2 grams
L valine 2 grams

This is what Iso-100 contains under Ingredients
Whey Portein Isolate, Lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC), CMC Gum, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Choride, Natural and artifical Flavors, Aspartame

Contains Phenylalanine

They use 100% Hydrolyzed WPI. What is a good 100%hydrolyzed WPI that is the cheapest but has the quality? What mix is recommended for taste? like a sweetner?

I am not sure if the Dymatize ISO 100 is hydrolyzed - or if its hydrolyzed to a great extent. Hydrolyzation is when protein is pre-digested using enzymes and a high degree turns the protein bitter.

I think that something along the lines of 80% Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration and 20% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade should give you something better.

Flavour with either BSL or a Premum TP flavour, skip the sweetner (its included in the flavouring) and get aminogen. In the notes ask them to throw in some extra flavouring as the WPH is likely going to be bitter.

haha all those options when ordering are the reason why i have NOT tried true protein yet. i dont know what the hell to pick from all those options. i am just bamboozled by the entire process
