Any issue with making a huge shake with water or milk blended in the morning with fruit/oats/nuts and sipping throughout the day.
Meaning will the protein degrade???
i don't think so. i would be careful if you made it with milk and wasn't refridgerating it throughout the day though. also know that if you use oats and nuts it might settle out throughout the day and form a "sludge" of oats/nuts at the bottom that is kinda nasty.
