    Lightbulb Niancin Flush and Transdermals.

So today i got back from beach hungry as hell, took my 2 scoops of poseidon, got to the shower and started to feel the flush from the niancin, as i am using Dermacrine sustain now, i started think if the increase of blood to the vessels in skin would help with the absorption of nutrient in any way. What do you guys think?

Don't know why it wouldn't, don't know of any work done on the subject.

Try it out for a few days and tell us if you notice anything!

Sounds like a very good hypothesis, especially since the "flush" is from increase in capilliary size.

I've discussed this with Pp on the Pp board before. It acts as a vasolidator, however it likely doesnt greatly improve absorption. Doesnt hurt it either...

That is a really good question. It would be interesting to know if there is any research out there.
