Is phlojel a cream,gel or liquid?

I have some penetrate and it is a liquid.I have some(from a while back)avant labs ph transdermal that originally I think was a gel but seems to have separated into liquid.I have some commercially prepared DHEA/pregnenolone transdermal cream from a supp company and sure am liking the cream TD lately.Goes on without dripping down your body and without feeling icy cold.

Anyways guys is that phlogel creamy or what?
