transdermal application question

when applying the td is it better to rub it into the skin or to spread it on and let it absorb over a period of time. strange question but i was wondering.
 
Rub it in.
 
Yea, I read those threads about leaving it on wet too soak in.

I'm not sure i'm buying it, I've never heard an expert recommend this (I mean it will just end up in the skin anyway).

When phlojel is done this way (wet to soak in) it leaves a white residue with test, is it that the test. If so what a waste.

As if applying the stuff 2x a day and walking around with no socks or shirt for an extra half hour in the morning isn't time consuming enough, I don't want to add to the inconvience.
 
thats funny. i always walk around the house without a shirt before i go to work to let it fully absorb. i rushed one day and put my white shirt on and there was a huge yellow stain on it. rubbing it in i guess is the way.
