How much active in 15% PLO Nandrolone?

Title sums it up....wondered if someone could tell me how much active per ml i a 15% PLO transdermal.

Is it 15% of volume or of weight?
if it's 15% of volume that means 15g/100ml of the PLO gel. In that case you have 150mg of active per 1ml of gel.
If it's 15% per weight you need to know how many gr each ml of the gel is.
